    Crackberryites, I have a problem. My Z10 STL 100-3 running 10.2.1.2156 is acting strange. When I place a call my phone defaults to speaker with no option to choose handset. When I use earbuds I have choices. I did a software reload with no favorable results. T-mobile replaced the phone and still the same problem.

    I'm sure I missed a setting somewhere but I cannot find it. Does anybody have a suggestion or a solve? I have done numerous battery pulls.

    Had problems like that it was a audio cable. I quit using cable and updated software to a new leaked version. Worked fine after that. What os are you on?
