    My sound option is on in silent mode. However, it is greyed out and I am unable to change it. Anyone knows if there are any solutions?

    As of right now you cant customize those profiles. Hopefully on the next update they will offer more custom sound profiles

    Nope. Tried a battery pull. Silent mode still remains with the sound on. As of now the only way to get my z10 silent is to turn off the sound in normal mode.

    Mine is working correctly. I select silent profile and sound automatically goes to off.

    Happened to me before. Tried everything to fix. Last resort was security wipe. That did the trick. Just back up your phone before you wipe.

    I had the same problem. Telus (my provider) walked me through the problem one the phone. It required a compete wipe and reset to factory settings. If your have a back up, when you restore do not click the option to restore settings. Good luck.
