    I put my phone in "Silent " profile and sounds are still on. You can't turn them off. Even the keyboard keys still make noise. Tried to reset and batt pull and nothing. You can't even slide the sound option to off in this profile.

    If you want to turn off the keyboard sound you can go into to settings--> language and input-->On-screen keyboard. Then just slide the feedback volume all the way to the left

    I understand that. My point is the sound should be switched to off in the "Silent " profile. You can't even manipulate the switch to move it to "Off" as it is a preset profile.

    I understand what you saying, that's pretty strange. So your saying by default your sound profile in silent is set to on instead of off like the pic below correct?

    Did a security wipe. No other choice. Reloaded everything. All seems good.

    Is there a way to get it to vibrate only. I have the ringer turned all the way down but the sound is still coming through.
