    In my z10 handset when I plug my headset I'm unable to get any sound for any application other than incoming calls
    Why is sounds been routed to headset? Which was not the case earlier with my 9300

    Well a good way to fix that problem is by unplugging your headset.

    Bluetooth or wired?

    Have you gone to Bluetooth settings and DISCONNECTED the device (not removed it entirely)

    Wired. Have you ever noticed it when the headset of the device is plugged in?? If not try and let me know

    I think this is fine. I mean what's the point of having a headset plugged in if you're not gonna wear it?
