    Yesterday I have received my new BB Z10. My previous BB was a Torch 9800 where I could manage the level of sound for email and phone calls.

    I cannot find any kind of possibility to manage e/g the volume for e-mail, it is not possible either to repeat the sound when an e-mail is coming in, I can hear the sound only once. For instance; I have downloaded the ringtone 'Eager Remix' for e-mails and I want to hear it 3 times when an e-mail is coming in and I want to increase the sound level. for so far I have tested, it is not possible on the Z10 where I had the possibilty with my previous BB Torch 9800.

    It is the same for incoming phone calls; where can I level the sound intensity?

    Profile options are not as robust in BB10. Hopefully an update will fix this
