    I played real football 2013 game for an hour. After that when i click on any app the screen just moves and come back. Apps are not opening. After Restart only it is working properly. Any reason??

    I have many heavy intensive apps and games on my Z10 and never had this problem. Nor have I heard/read other owners having this sort of problem. it could be that the OS was not correctly installed after an upgrade. Anyway, what is your OS version? Is it leaked or official?

    I Faced this problem, more than thrice.
    If i use my mobile for long time. I see this issue.
    OS Version: 10.2.1.3247 and its official.

    I had the same thing happen to me a few days a go. Pulling the battery and restart fixed the issue for me.

    I 'suspect' it might be related to a very recent software update; possibly BBM but I'm not certain.

    You could try to reload the OS using BlackBerry Link as a final resort. Just do a full backup and don't restore back any of the settings.

    You can do whatever you want - upgrade, not upgrade, even smash the phone with a hammer. None of those actions will solve your problem though. It's not OS related, it's 3rd party app causing the issue. Restarting the phone obviously clears the memory and stops running processes, that's why the phone is working properly after.
