    At times when selecting a contact from phone book, I can't call. Since there is no quick pull app I do a battery pull and solves issue. Happens intermittently, does this happen to anyone else?

    I haven't had your particular issue. You can hold down the power button and then an option for reset will appear. You can reset without doing a battery pull.
