My z10, after getting fully charged shuts down at around 20% battery left, so I think it is showing a wrong battery percentage.

Is there any way to fix this?

I have Q10 and i have the same problem. I think the problem is in battery, because with the 10.2.0.**** and 10.2.1.**** there is the same.

Do a search. There are hundreds of posts on this issue. Let me guess you have an STL100-1. I'm sure if you look through all the post you will find a lot of different things that might help.

Solved this way for me:
Battery full charge, battery out for 30 min, battery in again, drain till off then chage full again, restart. Never occured again. After os Update. Cheers.

I have a z10stl-100,battery worked fine with new update till recently! Percentage is conflicting with actual charge remaining. Battery will be 100% while charging but reading says 85%. Only when a battery pull is done will it then say 100%. On da flip side,when reading says its at a 100% it actual could be at 75%. Annoying because actual readings are given only after a battery pull is done!
