Somebody want's $30,000 of Z10's (short supply)

Koodo sells Z10 for $550 yet this guy has $30,000 and is willing to pay $600 each! That's 50 Z10's he/she is looking for. To me that shows short supply.

I dont' think fraud. He's buying, not selling.

People want to snatch them up so they can re-sell higher, and unlocked, to other markets.

I think you're forgetting about the taxes. Effectively the tax rate in QB is ~15%, so if you buy a phone from Koodo and sell it for $600 you're losing $32.50. Doesn't sound like a great deal to me.
