Solution to BlackBerry World not loading

HI,
Recently i found out that the BB world app was not loading on my z10. But I found the solution ...To overcome the problem

1. GO to music app
2. tap 3 dots
3. open bb world
4. Wait for sometime

whoa... BB world opens ..Now close it and open BB world from the home original menu...

Hi,
I've tried your solution, but when i opened the 3 dots on my music app, the choices are :
1. Play All
2. shuffle all,
3. Search
4. Select items
there is no option to go to Blackberry World.
would somebody help me please.

You got to tap on one of the songs you have on your music then tap 3 dots and select bbworld

Going to the music app works. But that's the only way for me to get to the app world.
After I close it and then try going straight to app world all I get is the spinning circle.
What's going on?

Step 1. Go to MUSIC folder or GAMES folder for some

Step 2. Click the 3 dots on right side

Step 3. Click BlackBerry World

Step 4. Smile

can use the Music App to get into BBWorld but I still have same issue getting into BBWorld Directly. Spin, spin spin.
Have tried on off and battery out as well. It is not working for me when I go directly to BBWorld

Got it working .... Had to go to Videos then keep videos open then open BBWorld directly. For some reason Music didnt work for me.
