May i ask are you on wifi or not as it seems depending on the size of the update sometimes it wont let you update ota and you have to update it on wifi..

Same problem for me (except Size for me shows 2MB). On Verizon and get same result on wi-fi or not at this point.

me also with 10.1.0.2354, I am sure it is due to us running leaks and also sure there will be a workaround shortly so hang in there

I get the same problem. Just got the Q10 a couple days ago and it's factory. No leaked operating system on it, so I doubt that's the problem. Just saying. Can you update the OS through Link or on your computer in some way? It doesn't seem nearly as robust as the old BB desktop application. I'm still figuring things out though, so I don't want to diss Link before I even know what it can do.

Hey I dunno were all still having this bug maybe it will be fixed in a few days and as for link just give it a try it's pretty neat.

I've been getting the same error on my unlocked Q through ATT. 1MB update, but fails and gives that same message.

I was thinking maybe it's cause the phones not out yet here? my Q is running out of the box at 10.1.0.1720, never loaded a leak. have tried OTA, wifi and link doesn't even show an available update.

Same here. T-Mobile said they would push out another update but a small one to fix this and the re-boot time in about a week or so. Mine shows it still needs a 9MB update. I updated my 10.0 software via BlackBerry Link to 10.1.0.2006 on my
STL100-3 model.

Nope not due to your leaks. I'm on Rogers 10.1.0.1720 official and got the same error. There are other threads about it.

When trying to update these software notifications make sure your device is always connected to a power source. I'm pretty sure this might be the issue "update interrupted " that quite a few people are having.
