    Please help, my bbz10 suddently stop notifying me when there is a message on whatsapp or text message, its not even appearing on the bb hub but when i go to the icon i see i have an unread message, i did go to the local blackberry store, they redownloaded my whatsapp and checked settings which only worked until i got home then the problem started again, i have the latest software available here in SA which is 10.1.0.273 so im not sure what is the problem

    In the hub, if you go to settings and hub management, all the notifications are turned on?

    Doesn't Matter
    Have you tried resetting the hub? I don't have one so you'll need to search for how to do it.
