These BBM being the only reason to have the phone threads are getting a bit much.... bottom line .... if BBM is you only reason for having a BB device then BB has opened a new land in the world of Apple and Android for you to enjoy... bon voyage to all boarding that boat......

As for BBM being offered to other platforms..... Pretty sure BB has a plan to monetize the service eventually.... BB Money comes to mind... many ways to add value to a "free" service.... this is how Android is successful.... " in app purchases".... Should be interesting....

It's sad that people don't want to admit there's something wrong. To me the biggest disappointment is the terrible customer service. BlackBerry doesn't listen to their customers. They're aware if the reboots and they've done nothing.

It's funny because my z10 is perfect. No reboots, great battery life, have every ap I need installed.. I just hate seeing how poorly they're dealing with everyone else's issues.
