I believe an iPhone along with the Android. I went to Denny's once and a female that worked there found me interested in my iPhone 5 but I want the Blackberry Z10 and see the difference

In my opinion from what I've seen around various colleges and workplaces apple reigns supreme in female customers.

In the UK, BlackBerry certainly reigns supreme with the female crowd, they LOVE BBM. (I think the physical keyboards are more finger-nail friendly too?)

Here, BlackBerry hands down. Women dig the fingernail-friendly physical keyboards.
After that it's a tie between the iPhone/Samsung

iPhone of course, in most cases chicks suck at tech stuff, so they prefer something simple to use.

Going by geography seems like a logical explanation to shift from the iPhone trend. I do know in some countries, BlackBerry would be the heavily favored female device over Apple's iPhone.

    Very good point lol.

Although for the sake of the few ladies already rocking the Z10 in this topic, we can't afford to over generalize this point.

Android is not a smartphone brand to begin with. My wife likes Android (the OS) but the smartphone brand she likes is HTC. She likes the design of their phones. She dislikes Samsung phones very much (even though it is uses Android) because she doesnt like how they feel in her hand. A lot of women go by how something feels in their hand and how it looks, and not so much the difficulty of the OS. Android arguably gives you more customising options than BBOS, but neither she nor any other girl I know who use them think it is difficult to use. One of my friends likes Android but she likes the Note 2 because she likes the screen real-estate. BBOS is not difficult to use and you don`t have to be a tech head to use it.

    Refrain from being so condescending.

It's the Samsung for the big screen(can put bigger phones in purse) and the BlackBerry for the physical keyboards(for long nails).

That's at least how my wife decided on her phone. She might have given the iPhone a thought if she was still in high school and putting phones in her pockets.

iPhone for sure! Girls mainly like having the popular items. Boys tend to do more research. Not saying all though because some of us do research.

Apple hasn't sucked me in yet.

I'm a female and love my z10, but I agree with everyone else. I believe most women tend to go for the iPhone. Not necessarily because it's simple, but there are way more accessories for iphones than any other brand. They're not aesthetically unpleasant either.

Women want things that just work and that's the iPhone for a lot of people, not just women. In the UK, London particularly you see a LOT of women with BlackBerry's though.

In my law class at uni there are about 4-5 girls with legacy devices. No BB10s spotted yet.
But I think most females between, let's say 16-25 go with the iPhone hype I think
