It's really MY Z10 screen... I switched the the Q10 but kept the Z10, which she proceeded to "borrow" to replace her iPhone 4s. Screen does not respond to touch with those pretty broken lines across it. Anyone know of a reputable, REASONABLE repair shop in Scarborough/Pickering/Ajax?

So easy to replace, I did my friends z10 in less than 10 minutes. I do suggest if you fix it yourself pull the old screen first and get the part number. Not all the z10 screens are the same.
If u need me to do help you or do it for you let me know. Also check out amazon we got the screen for 30$

Yeah, that's why i dropped my insurance and added unlimited data instead. Repairs or replacement seems reasonable without the ins hassles.

That's the beauty of these situations... It's already broken! lol.. come on.. it's not like you're messing with a life-safety system (although it is a life support device for those around these parts).

Just had my screen/digitizer replaced in less than a couple of hours at www.blackberryrepairstoronto.ca, Yonge and Eglinton. $150 plus tax. Good service, recommended.

My wife did the same thing to her z on new years.

$58 including shipping to Canada and 20 minutes of my time solved that issue.

There's some great walkthru 's on YouTube.

But beware you need a couple smaller torx screw drivers. Order those the same time you order the screen and you are all good!

The only hassle my boyfriend had when he broke his Z10's screen was finding all of the tools necessary to repair it, which he had to order since no stores locally carried them. Once he had the tools he was able to fix his phone in 15 minutes or so.

This happened to my boss' Z10 after airport security flipped the bin over and his Z10 fell face down. $150 replaced.

My dog ate my youngest son's Z10 twice. I had a guy come to the house and do it here for $180 and I thought that was a good deal. Oh poo!
