    I checked for an update and I am on 10.1.0.2019. I keep hearing all these people on 10.2. How do I get it? I checked my updates, and it says I'm up to date.

    There's a difference. It's a BlackBerry made version of the OS that was actually meant to be kept inside for test purposes, but that has been leaked and can be put on your device.

    nope you're just running an OS directly from BB.. backup the device, install OS then restore device
