I have had my Z a while now, maybe a year. I also had a Q10,but went back to the bigger screen on the Z. For a while I kept up with all the latest leaks, but never made the 10.2 jump. Lately I have been having battery issues, battery would die after a couple hours. I work at my desk, so I was on the charger a lot, over all impact was minimal, but annoying.
Last night I said screw it and was all set to order a Z30, but decided to update to 10.2.
The phone is like brand new, (better actually) very fast, the priority hub is awesome!
I really wish I had done it earlier! Plus battery life is back to normal!!
I used the autoloader , it was a piece of cake.
I'm on ATT with -3

Same here but I wised up and updated with Sachesi to Vodafone UK OS10.2.1.2102. I could not believe it was a simple as it was. And NO having to change personalized WP, folders, etc. - that's really the part I hate.
