So the last bunch if apps I've tried to download won't open. They will install but when try to open they just close. The last one I got the installer won't even open. Anyone else have this problem let and know of a fix. I just purchased an app for work and really want it. Help??

Well they all don't work, so there isn't much to do.

Latest was ems prehospital drug guide. Was a purchase which I've bought before and they loaded fine, rest were a bunch of free games but all did the same, installed but once I tried to open just closed. The drug guide is the one I want the most.

Have you tried rebooting (see below). Are any of them available on Amazon? And can you get a refund while trying to figure out what's what? Oh, also post your model and OS version.

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Always reboot after install as suggested by F2 above! Works for me everytime
