    I am trying to install Snap but I keep getting a prompt unable to open file. I am less technical than the average person so I need detailed instructions. I have been trying to get an android app on my z10. File is emailed from backup and cannot be opened so I followed a rabbit trail to get snap but ran into the same wall. I know I am missing something. Please advise. TIA

    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry and the forums.
    In my signature is a guide for sideloading. You need the bar file for SNAP and follow the directions there. You should be good to go....
