Hello there BB Guru's,

Has anyone had an issue with the formatting of outbound e-mails using SMTP TLS on the Z10? Whenever anyone, even myself receives an e-mail sent from my phone, it will put an equals symbol (=) as a substitute for a letter of any word, every other line. So basically, every other line may look like this:

"Hello th=re, how are you today?
It's been a while since I've noticed any changes in blah blah blah......
However, this is n=t the first time yada yada yada...."

I deleted and re-created the account and talked to my mail provider. I set it up on my wife's android and it works fine so thinking something with the Z10, just not sure if anyone else has experienced this. Again, not complaining, just curious? And maybe someone else found a fix or workaround?

Known issue, mostly fixed in recent OS builds though.

Check Settings/About/OS and what are the "Software Release" and "OS Version" numbers?
