hello, i recently buy a BB Z10,
And i have a problem from 2 things:
First about SMS, i can not send sms, i dont know why, its write after sended: network offline howerther. Whereas i come phone someone without problems.
And the second i about internet: i capture the network (edge, 3G, H+) but is write "Voice only" in c. Im gone search solution in notice from blackberry.com

Vous devrez peut-�tre modifier vos param�tres APN si vous modifiez votre abonnement au service sans fil ou si les
param�tres par d�faut ne s'appliquent pas � votre fournisseur de services. En fonction de votre fournisseur de services,
vous devez peut-�tre modifier les param�tres APN.
1. Sur l'�cran d'accueil, faites glisser votre doigt � partir du haut de l'�cran.
2. S�lectionnez Param�tres > R�seaux et connexions > R�seau mobile.
3. Si les commutateurs R�seau mobile ou Services de donn�es sont d�sactiv�s, activez-les.
4. S�lectionnez .
5. Renseignez les champs. Si vous ne connaissez pas les informations requises, contactez votre fournisseur de services.
Pour r�initialiser les param�tres APN par d�faut, s�lectionnez .

But a line "4" (in the document find on BB.com) i cant find/see the "notched wheel" to configure the APN

i already restart, security delete the phone, and reinstall, no work

i dont see the wheel icon, i dont know why? i have to reinstall another version of BB???
About sms i fix it( pb come from operator)
