For some reason my Z10 I've had since launch has started to become slow an unresponsive any ideas?

I would run an autoloader which will wipe the entire phone and install a clean copy of an OS. I bet with a fresh start things will be better.

I agree on the clean start ... at least check the device monitor and see whats running heavy on the CPU.

Before proceeding with a security wipe or device software reload I would recommend performing a reset on your device, which can clear up issues such as this. To perform a reset on your BlackBerry Z10, hold down the Power/Lock key for 10 seconds until the phone restarts and you see the BlackBerry 10 OS loading screen appear (with the BlackBerry logo and progress indicator).

If this doesn't resolve the issue, check Device Monitor to see if there are specific apps that are using an excessive amount of CPU time on the device. Should nothing stand out, then it may be worth reloading the software on the device or performing a security wipe.
