No your point of Skype only being available to one BB10 device.

Sorry but that just doesn't make sense

Now I'm interested. It doesn't make sense in what way?

    Lol okay

So your idea states that Skype will only release on the Q10. Why?

Why would it only be released for that one device.

    Enlighten me.

Who do you think shot JFK?

as long as we are into conspiracy theories...
Only someone who is oblivious to the mobile industry as a whole would label it a conspiracy theory.

Let's say Toyota (MS) just recently introduced a diesel engine. GM, Ford and Dodge have been doing so for years. The big three are firmly established. Toyota's line hasn't gained any traction. Dodge - as the #3 manufacturer - has a diesel that fell behind the other two for a while but is now on par or better than their competitors. Meanwhile, Toyota has a beneficial partnership with GM and Ford in other areas, but no history with Dodge. In order to make their vehicle more attractive to buyers, Dodge longs for Toyota to assist them with a certain feature that their customers have desired for a very long time. Dodge believes it would firm up their place as the #3 manufacturer. Toyota realizes it makes good business sense and agrees to help Dodge out, but only for their gasoline models. Toyota doesn't want to go any farther because they have their eye on Dodge's #3 spot.

That's not Microsoft's business philosophy at all. They want to get their products and services on every platform and get people using their stuff. It's a win for them regardless.

The reason that Skype is not on the Z10 at this very moment is not due to BlackBerry being a competitor in the smartphone space.

For certain. That being said, do you think we'll see the same full selection of Microsoft apps on BlackBerry 10?

There's a chance Microsoft is throwing BlackBerry a bone by making Skype available for the Q10. It may be available ONLY for the Q10. Windows Phones are collecting dust in retailers stockrooms. Sitting in a distant fourth, Microsoft realizes Windows Phone will never attain #1 or #2 in the smartphone race. That's why they go all out with their apps for Android and iOS including Skype, Outlook, Hotmail, SkyDrive, and My Xbox Live. They have Office for Mac because OS X is not a threat. They even have Skype for Linux because it's just a blip on the radar. BlackBerry is in their sights. MS will not accommodate BB to the full extent. That includes and official release of Skype for the Z10.
It would be in Microsoft's interest to offer the app to a device that would reach millions. If windows phones beat out the z10 it won't be because of Skype.
