How can I ensure that Skype is not open? I thought it was closed because I x'd out of the active frame once I left my house's wifi. I didn't wanna be using my data. Then Skype automatically opens saying that there is an incoming video call. This caused me to go over my data limit, costing me an extra 10 dollars. Then I tried holding down the X on the active frame until it closed (I believe this is called a force close) thinking that would definitely exit all aspects of Skype app. But the same thing happened!

So my question is, how can I be sure that Skype is not running in the background? Is there an easy way to COMPLETELY EXIT AND CLOSE this app without rebooting my Z10?

He means the little 'squarish' thing with the 'out' arrow, all the way at the top right corner of the Skype app.
