[CrackBerry Question]

HI,

Prior to the latest os for Z10 etc., my device would play an (different) .mp3 song the whole way through for each alert tone -Ringtone, BBM, SMS, Wotsapp, Email, etc.

Now, only a phonecall alert does so. All other apps play the selected .mp3 track, but they all end after only a few seconds. I've navigated the different apps back to the required .mp3 track to make sure, but no improvement.

Have RIM made the O/S this way or can I make my songs play through as they did previously please?

Some others had this I believe, probably how they made the OS.
