Hello all� I�ve a Z10 STL100-2 SIMM free unit, from Ireland and bought it via Uk when released back in the day. I�ve always used autoloaders ensure I have the �latest� software available and never had an issue until now ;-)

Early June I loaded an autoloader [cannot rem exact file details] and it worked for 24hrs where I then started to notice �SIM not detected� on occasions. I started to investigate and from swapping simms I thought I might have damaged the simm tray pins so I sent it to be replaced. I have used the same repair company before on my MOTO G and they provide excellent service. They contacted me last week to state phone was showing �SIM not detected� and all pins etc connected and working. They were not aware of original issue. I asked for the phone to be returned and today I have tried different autoloader from developer site and witness the same error still present.

Can anyone point me to steps that may help? These are screen-shots from phone just now.

Thinking about this for a moment my first answer would be that you (mistakenly?) installed the wrong autoloader since there are no hardware issues atm.

I would download another STL100-2 autoloader, (double check be very careful), and reinstall the OS. Immediately after that do a security wipe to make sure you have a fresh, clean copy of the OS installed.

Failing all of the above, it would have to be a hardware issue needing further investigation. Good luck.

I use Radio Version 10.3.2.2340 on my Z10STL100-3/10.3.2.2339.

Cheers. I’ll try that method. I never received updates via Irish mobile carriers. I’ll let you know how I get on.
