    i bought a z10 refurbished phone in india and i think its made in canada. the problem with my phone is that it is not accepting any sim card its showing a red cross at the network display (screen top corner) with stating 'sim card from unknown source. also the imei no. is not displayed. the phone starts up as a new phone with startup when restarted . it forgets all my accounts and blackberry id. plzzz help. is it a mother board issue?
