    Is you device being recognised?
    Have you tried restarting the phone?
    What OS are you running?

    Also, which STL100 do you have? There are four sub-models after that model number. -1, -2, -3 and -4.

    I can suspect it's a -1, but that assumption could be wrong.

    It may not be as important to your issue, but every little bit of info helps.

    Sideloading apps using Sachesi and a Windows 7 or 8 computer is stupid easy.

    Yeah my device is recognised by BlackBerry link and BlackBerry blend but not sachesi,DDPB etc and OS version is 10.3.1.2582

    Could you try a different pc?
    Install BlackBerry Blend (the blend installer has updated BlackBerry Link) and then try sachesi or the chrome plug in.
    This could save a lot of troubleshooting.
