    my z10 was acting up so I decided to back it up and restore to factory setting but it only had 3% battery so when I pressed restore I didn't know whether to unplug it due to the fact it could die during the process and before I even did anything I got a sim card symbol with a block across symbol with a circle rotating underneath it. not sure if I should keep plugged in our unplug it. does it matter?? NEED ADVICE ASAP!
