Any ideas of how to get my home screen shortcuts to work? The phone, search and camera shortcuts are showing on the screen but nothing happens when I try to use them.

With the lack of info you gave such as what OS you're on and what possible things you've tried to correct this yourself, the best advice one can give is to simply reload your OS and see how that works for you. But alas, you may have already tried that -- you never said. The devil is in the detail.

I'm using the 10.2.0.424 version. I have tried to reload it has not worked. When I restart, it works mabe once if I do it immediately. But within a a minute or two the icons just sit there with no access. Thx for the help

Check to see if Parental Mode is enabled - that can disable certain functions. If not, toggle it on/off once or twice anyway.
