    Did any one order the Z10 on the 11/29 Black Friday fire sale for $199? Did you get any shipping email? I ordered mine and till now I did not get any email that it is shipped.

    Yeah I called them too and they said I will get an email as soon as it shipped. I asked when it will ship then they said that they don't know but reiterated that I will definitely get an email once shipped.

    Same, all other orders from other retailers on black friday arrived two days ago. Blackberry just doesn't get the point of customer service.

    Mine has shipped as of yesterday, i ordered the express 2 day shipping so my guess is that they are serving these people first then anyone who choose free priority shipping. My buddy who chose free shipping called yesterday and they told him they will be shipping all orders by this week, so expect an email and about a week or less shipping.

    Ordered mine on the 29th, and nothing yet. No email at all. I called Wednesday, and the CS person said it would be shipped Thursday. Well, it's 1:00 p.m. Friday, and still no email. Total BS.

    I did not receive any shipping notification yet ,I called them yesterday ,they said they will ship my order by next SAT,which they told me the day before yesterday ,they will ship my order by this SAT,what a BS,I can not believe Blackberry just did that ,trick the customers

    I ordered mine on Cyber Monday. It's a week later, still no shipping confirmation email - nothing. I've contacted Support daily - received the "we will contact you within 24 hours" message each time. I have never received anything back from them. I'm appalled at the terrible customer service from shopblackberry.com. I don't remember it being this way in the past. This certainly does not help my confidence as a shopper and BlackBerry supporter.

    If you live near the border you can set up an account at kinek.com. It ships to a store just across the boarder & you pay $5 when you pick it up. I just set an account up to take advantage of the deal & will use it for other online purchases as well. UPS offers the same service so do a few others, some will even forward it to once it arrives.
