I've downloaded Shazam and it doesn't seem to access the microphone any ideas why? And how do I make it work

Thanks but it's doesn't get all the songs unlike Shazam

I think SoundHound's database is bigger or something. It always finds the song. On BB10, it works better than Shazam, although Shazam is pretty decent on Android.
