I need this app. We all do. Pop ups and screen light. That will make me change my mind about returning this phone to VZ

Shao* I ain't him, however, I remember a couple of devs saying it couldn't be done ATM, as soon as you active frame the app, the time out would start.

I think you need to wait for an update that brings an api allowing developers to have their applications work in the background.

I am not asking a lot. I work in a noisy environment and many times I don't hear the alert and on top of that I need to answer to emails in seconds after I receive them otherwise I loose $

Oh and the pop ups from hub++ won't allow me to open the email, I only get other options like dismiss or mark as read

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Im glad you like the original app. Unfortunately as it stands now the way I would like the app to be isn't possible.

There isn't a way for an app to control the backlight globally which at it core is what LIO is all about. The unique popups aren't yet possible either. I'd be stuck using the system dialog boxes like other apps, and I dont really like the look of them. On top of that I don't really like the idea of doing popups without being able to turn the backlight on. Personally when I have my phone sitting on my desk the screen turning on and the popup letting me see quickly what it is, is a big part of the usefulness of the app.

When things change (Maybe OS 10.2?) I'll definitely be working on an app.

So agree! LeaveItOn was one of my fav apps from BB7. My ONLY gripe right now w/BB10 is not having the option to stay on when plugged in.
