I was trying to send pic today via email and I got the options to send in various sizes. Never saw this until today. I have a attached a pic. Pretty cool. Maybe a lot of you know already this feature but I just noticed it today. Just posting for those who don't know this yet.

Note if the pic is less than 512kb it won't give you the option, only if it's above the 512kb.

Well, it could say "Medium (<2TB)" and it still wouldn't mean bigger than original.

I've found that one thing BB10 does very will is the ability to "share" pictures and documents. Think that if they could get the whole Google Play and Google Services abilities ironed out and official (may never happen) that with the apps gap pretty well closed and the OS fairly stable now. A major push in marketing that really showed the features of how people can use the device and work with emails and files... it would go a long way toward winning a few converts over. Add in a few new devices with better battery life (than the Z10) and priced competitively (based on hardware not the name) and we might have a chance at growth.

But there are more wishes, hopes and dream in that paragraph to exhaust a Disney Fairy...

It's still dumb, though, and confusing.

The other aspect of that screen is that it will show if your image will be delivered inverted. I am one of those who tends to hold the phone (camera aspect) upsidedown. So, if you take a picture with the "wrong" orientation, the image will either upload to Crackberry or be sent to a recipient inverted. I just noticed that the other day when sending a picture to my sister. The preview shown in that SIZING screen was upsidedown. I reshot the image so it arrives correctly. And, yes, I am trying to get into the habit of holding the phone correctly when shooting (lens should be UP in both Landscape and Portrait orientation).

Yeah I agree a bit confusing when you start adding the <>. I think they should fix this in the next update.

I noticed that as well when I kept taking pictures with my phone held upside down or inverted the wrong way. When you send it, the person receiving it won't be able to properly view until they disable the auto rotate.
