    BBM stopped connecting properly.

I re booted my phone and then the hub was flashing black and white without any response or loading up properly.

So I re booted it again and now all my folders are gone and my icons are everywhere.

Just when I thought that it was stable, here comes another bunch of time messing around with BB10.

Sorry to hear that. Try restarting the device one more time, just for the sake of it. See what happens...

It looks like it sorted itself out.

The hub was flashing black and white for a while, and then went black.

After the time it took to get my phone backed up, I noticed that the alerts were coming up from my hub. I rebooted it and the hub was able to start up again.

I think it had a massive hangover from all the 99 cent movies I purchased last night!

LMAO - I'm in the middle of doing just that as we speak. I inserted a 16GB memory card. But, looks like I'll need to get a 32GB or 64GB card, along with the HDMI cable...

The hub has to build itself. I'm not sure what exactly happens, but every time you boot the phone, the hub will rebuild. But it usually is done so quickly that you don't notice. But I could see the hub getting tangled enough that it needs some time to rebuild.

Yeah, I think it was constantly crashing and restarting.

I think that this is a constant problem with bb10, maybe it was a reason why the designer and the creator of the hub was let go from BlackBerry.

It is a massive problem that this software encounters problems communicating though... it's a phone....

A massive problem that I've never encountered. And you made a story up about someone being fired.

I'm pretty sure that the guy who designed it was let go / left... just something that I read while owning shares.

You are lucky to have never encountered this, it is rather annoying / unacceptable when you are unable to text with your phone. Check out the numerous other forums about these problems if you don't believe me.

I'm not A downer, but I want my phone to be able to communicate, I could care a less about side loading crappy apps.

If I can remember properly, the hub issue went away on its own somehow. Like 10 restarts and 5 hours later.

But it was definitely wacked out, I think that German hub was constantly crashing as it was trying to boot up.
