And before you try to wipe it again, next time, delete all apps you can before starting the wipe .. the more you remove the quicker the wipe will go. But 4 days sounded insanely long, never seen it take more than 3 hours on any device

Security wipe doesn't work (another fail by BlackBerry).

The only way to get your phone to a usable state again is to keep resetting it until it fails (displays an error URL on the screen) then connect it via USB to your computer and do a factory reset in BB Link.

Definitely try a hard reset....it will likely re initiate the wipe but hopefully will speed the process through.
If device doesn't respond connect it to PC and try to force recognition on BBLINK with a hard reset again or just go directly to an autoloder.

Go to BlackBerry Link., preference ( on top right corner)
Reload device software.. it will take 2 /3 hours to complete..
