Picked up my Z10 today. Coming from a Nexus 4, the learning curve is quite large. I really like it. The more I use it, the less I miss not having a home button. Glad to be back with BB.

Anyway, I noticed a very small scratch on the screen. To most people, it wouldn't be a big deal. But I know it's there, and it's going to haunt me. I'm going to get a Zag HD screen protector put on tomorrow. Is anyone else noticing any tiny scratches on the screen?

U have found some on mine, but they weren't there when u purchases the phone. I have dropped it among worse things, but nothing screen wise.

After further investigation, it looks like the screen itself is not scratched. The scratch looks like it's actually under the screen. It's barely noticeable, but it is to me. I hate exchanging phones, but I hate imperfections in a phone I paid a lot of money for, too. Guess I'll exchange it for another one.

I'm the same way, you might even say I'm OCD when it comes to my mobile devices. MY Screen protector actually got here before my White Z10 did (lol), I installed it ASAP after a "FLASHLIGHT" inspection ...

But is it worth exchanging? That's the million dollar question.

Definitely as its a manufacturing fault and should be replaced with a new one.

Have had mine for over a mth now and no scratches or anyting on it, i dont even use a screen protector as its usually kept in my micro fiber pouch unless im using it.

I had a scratch under the screen as you, mine was above the word BlackBerry, I say you should exchange it. finger smudges made it really visible.

Exchange for sure. We don't pay for these things for that.
