I would like to call this a bug. It seems the phone has allot of cache issues on settings etc. Contacts being a major one. Screen lock shuts off every time you ****** the phone. Don't do it but once a day, but still doesn't make sense that it resets.

Well, I've had this phone for over a month and have not had to restart it except for the major software update. I just tested your rotation issue by restarting the phone. You are right, It does reset. Don't see it as a bug though. Plus, why do you have to restart the phone everyday in the first place? This is the new BlackBerry. No need for battery pulls or restarts.

Battery dies toward late evening. Or sometimes shut it off to not be bothered. I have also had it reset twice on me in a week

Well, if you don't want to be bothered, just pull down settings and turn off sound. Way faster than restarting all the time.
