I noticed in many screen shots in the review, that when you do a halfway swipe on a locked screen, you can see e-mails notifications, BBMs, and other messages unread and/or new, but I don't see it in my screen.
I would see my Z10 with a blinking light when a new message comes in, but when I do a halfway swipe just to see what it is (is it a BBM, e-mail, a missed call, etc...), I just see the and the date.

Anyone know how to have those unread and new notifications be displayed?

EDIT: I added pictures, maybe it can help. Also notice that this is my "Display" settings, and it says "ken" but my locked screen shows my e-mail address.

Do you have a password on your device? If so, that might be why...

I actually don't. But I did try to use BlackBerry Protect display message. Maybe that's it? I can't clear the message.
