I've got a Blakcberry Z10 two days ago, and until a few hours ago, I wasn't having any problem, but suddenly it started to type random phrases itself, then I exited the app I was using and it scrolled through the screen and opened a random app, like something was touching the screen, I used it for two whole days and overheated a lot, maxium brightness, it didn't reset itself, but it keeps going crazy, I tried to restore it many times, soft resets, battery pull, but nothing, no leaks, few sideloaded apps, running 10.2.0.492, STL100-2, from Brazil, I already contacted the store where I bought it, but I wanna know if is there something I can do other than getting a replacement, help me please.

Back your phone up and do a security wipe then restore.

Did you get it wet?

Do you have any "odd" electronic devices nearby? There are "art" objects - Lightning Globes - that can do that to Playbooks. Plasma TV's have also had that impact on Playbooks, too. Something about electrical interference trigger screen responses. But you may also just have a bad unit.

It worked but I've got another problem, doing the movement from the bottom to the top is getting harder and harder to do, it won't work till half the screen, sometimes I get it doing really fast, I'm doing that again

Nope, it's been dry all the time, and it may be something related to TV, I was in the same room as a LG Smart TV, it may have caused that

Poorly grounded electrical sockets and sockets with a number of things plugged in have also caused screen bloopers!

Change it to get one with out any problems

You wont lose any thing so change it and get one new
