I just got my Z10 and it has some strange light source visible at the bottom of the screen.

It is visible only when looking at a certain angle, mostly on a bright background.

Has anyone seen anything like that with Z10? Should I ask for a replacement?

I have this on mine, too. But, I only notice it when I have my Otterbox case on. I think it might be for the auto dim or rotating of the screen or something...

Sounds like a defective screen so I'd definitely get it replaced if you can.

For the record I don't have that issue, if I did I'd be pretty annoyed with it.

Yeah it's the back light panel glue hasn't held it on properly. It's covered by ELF

probably just an assembly issue where the screen wasn't properly glued or stuck on.
If it bothers you, return it.
