    All is fine with the10.3.2.440 upgrade , Now the phone rings I can't see the slider for answer call without " pinching the screen ". I view text messages Same schemer . Thanks for looking , maybe a setting is off ? I looked at all the cryptic menu choices NFLuck .

    Settings > accessibility > magnify mode : set to off

    This is a bug during the OTA updates from 10.2.1. It happened a lot during the initial 10.3.1 rollout, and still happens with the 10.3.2 rollout. I'm surprised BlackBerry hasn't fixed it because it was all over their support site. They even have a Knowledge Base article about it that went out after the 10.3.1 rollout.

    Thanks , the other thing was a youtube tutorial showed access to voice commands by holding the center button volume controls , no luck on that . While I can get it working off the keyboard " micro " mic icon .

    Setting magnify mode to off disables zoom entirely. No good.
