    I did you guys installed side loaded apps?
    If yes, what are those apps?

    I'll try to install it on mine and see what happens.

    i experienced this just yesterday for the first time.

    was chatting on BBM. tapped to call a number that was sent to me by the friend. after cutting the call, the screen went blank and wont respond until i long pressed the lock/power? button at the top and it gave me the option of restarting

    hope it doesn't happen again

    Mine does this also and i have a password lock so I have to hold the power button until the 3,2,1 screen shows and press lock. The screen comes back and on and locks only then. That's my only solution for it.

    i think the top button to turn of the phone is to easy to target.
    sometimes i just push a little to long and it already asks to turn of or cancel..
    also had some reboots , but then i started to delete some apps and it never came back...

    love the flow of this phone
