I've called a hundred stores in Ontario ranging from Stratford to Toronto, and couldn't find any.

Of course not - they are not allowed to sell till the 5th. If that guy above did get one today, someone broke the rules big time (if true).

Some stores have the stock already in the back. This is because Rogers most likely sent out the phones to the stores to prepare the launch on Tuesday. If the user it right, the rep who did sell him the phone can be fired & fined for that.
