    Stop me if you've heard this one before: big telco conglomerate abuses its usage rights to awesome, sexy smartphone.

    This is one of the Western Canada Rogers Communications ads running in the newspaper. I swear, that unbranded, generic smart phone is, indeed, the Z10. No mention of the device nor copyright anywhere.
