    Hello out there!

    I have a weird question, I love my new z10 but one question, I have noticed that when an email or a text message comes in and my ringtone starts to play...it only shuts off when you enter the message. Is their a way to have the phone stop playing the message without having to unlock and enter into the message? used to be able to just hit any key on old os7.1. Thanks for any insight...
