    Z10 on official OS 10.2.1.2102. I did restore of files by BlackBerry link. After completing the restore and found that all android apps missing on device. Has to do reload android app again. Anyone's facing this problem. Thank you.

    did u wipe earlier ? if yes, all of the apps supposed to be gone and u have to reload again

    i did not swipe the device . i did restore by USB cable connection to BlackBerry link.thank you.

    Android apps that you sideload (not from BBWorld) are not saved/backed up nor restored. You have to do that manually as you found. If you download using the SNAP app, you can keep the apk files (in the download folder) and use the File Manager to quickly reinstall them.

    Also, BB Link will not save settings for Android apps.
