I am unable to delete this .zip file on my phone, it is not on my SD card it's on the devices storage, every time I try to delete it, it just gives me this error. I tried unzipping it as well but won't work.
I'm on OS 10.2.1.1055 z10

Just figured outt the solution that worked for me, installed the ghost commander app from BlackBerry World and then browsed to the directory and deleted it from there. Don't understand why I wasn't able to delete that using the file manager but oh well.
