hi I got a replacement Z10 and can't install Saches when I click on D/L it just flash and don't D/L

What did you download with Sachesi? That goes on your PC. and then you install to your phone.

I will ask for a bit more detail. Do you already have Sachesi on your computer or are you trying to download Sachesi to your computer. If it is already there, it may not download again.

If you have Sachesi and are trying to download OS 10.2, have you downloaded it in the past? Maybe it is already on your computer, too? Have you searched for the OS version you want?

its already on the computer but I'm not going to install it on the new phone I just had to reboots from the replacement unless that's goes away with the update. so back to saches do I have to uninstall it first to get it load on another phone.

Sachse does not load on your phone. It is an app on your PC.. you plug in your phone to your PC and open Sachse to install a new OS not to transfer a backup. For that you need BBLink.
