On the Z10 native MUSIC app:
I have removed music albums and music files by PC file manager in mass storage
I can not get rid of some but not all these files
The files and albums appear in the available album and music file but when I click the file name I get an error:
Error
The file can't be played due to an unexpected error (1)
{OK}

When I use BBLink, Z10 file manager, Ghost Commander and PC's file manager I can not find the files (in either the Z10 system memory or microSD memory)

When I do a Z10 master search the files are shown but can not be opened.

I tried unsuccessfully:
Delete all the music files and all the above still occurs.
I also deleted and reloaded the BBLInk (including all the user data)
I also removed the microSD card

Is there any way to get into the system hidden files that contain the data
I tried Ghost commander but I do not know where to look in these directories.

Regret, the solution on the BB Support sit appeared to be an OS upgrade.
I have a higher OS on my system then was described.

I am sure the problem is not related to microSD: removal of the card still shows the problem.
